1. Your Right to Withdraw
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear, unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the online withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any extra costs you chose for a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Exceptions — When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., medicines, creams, personal care products).
- Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
- Custom-made or clearly personalised goods.
