2. Scope and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Website and to all orders placed through the Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version applicable to that transaction. We will notify registered users of any material changes.

If a product you ordered is no longer available or is subject to a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region (GBP, EUR, or USD) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not change for an order already confirmed.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by our certified payment service providers in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Your order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
5. Ordering Process

A contract between you and Bluecare Logistics Limited is formed when we send the order confirmation email. Prior to that point, you may cancel your order by contacting us.
We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers in jurisdictions where the sale of certain products is restricted or prohibited.
6. Delivery and Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

Customers in the European Union and Ireland benefit from the following additional rights:

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and Irish Consumers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods (“cooling-off period”).
7.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

7.2 Effects of Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
7.3 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalised goods.
8. Statutory Rights and Legal Guarantee (EU/Irish Law)
All products sold by Bluecare Logistics Limited are covered by a 2-year statutory guarantee under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and EU Directive 2019/771. During this period, you are entitled to a remedy if the goods do not conform to the contract.
If goods are non-conforming, you may:
- First, request repair or replacement free of charge.
- If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request a price reduction or a full refund.
You do not need to provide proof of purchase from us — the statutory guarantee applies automatically. Any commercial guarantee we offer is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
9. Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.
