Your credit unlocks once your balance reaches €5. At that point a “Use my store credit” toggle appears at checkout. Enable it to apply your balance to your order subtotal.
Store credit applies to your order subtotal only — it does not reduce shipping fees. If your credit exceeds the subtotal, only the subtotal amount will be deducted.
No — your store credit never expires. It stays on your account indefinitely until you choose to use it.
Yes — store credit can be used on any product in the shop, with no minimum order value (other than the €5 minimum balance required to unlock it).
